I had an overall mixed experience at this hotel. While the views from my room were stunning and the pool area had fantastic amenities, there were definitely some downsides like the strong smell in the room and a rather mediocre dining experience. The service was exceptional, which helped balance out some of the negatives. It's a nice place, but be prepared for some issues during your stay.

The staff made my stay particularly special with their warm hospitality, especially towards my son.
